In conjunction with the JSC VertiClad and RusticClad Cavity Systems, the JSC Random Width and Depth solution offers both wrap and rigid air barrier options.

JSC Timber introduces its new innovative Random Width and Depth profiles for weatherboard systems for Western Red Cedar in both Vertical Shiplap and Rusticated Cedar Weatherboards formats.

The new profile range can be used in conjunction with the JSC VertiClad and RusticClad cavity systems.

JSC VertiClad and RusticClad are tested to NZBC E2/AS1 VM1 in respect to the requirements of clauses B1, B2 and E2 and gives a full Producer Statement-Design from an ACE accredited façade engineer.

Random Width and Depth Weatherboards offer variety and versatility that complements any architectural style.  Available in a wide range of standard and architectural profiles, this solution offers amazing architectural potential when used in conjunction with the JSC VertiClad or JSC RusticClad cavity systems.  A modern and contemporary look that will re-define the New Zealand landscape.

These weatherboards accentuate grain structure and shadow lines to give added texture and depth to your facade.

Residential and light Commercial cladding as per NZS 3604/E2AS1 direct and cavity fixing.

Profiles
As per NZS 3617 or Branz Bulletin 411. Refer JSC Profile Booklet for all available profiles.

As per NZS 3631 : 1988 : PC1 Premium Clears One  PC2 Premium Clears Two

Durability
As per NZS 3602 Class 2 durability for use above ground.

Length Spread
Horizontal - random length supply up to 4.88, select lengths (up to 6.1) available on request.   
Vertical - random length supply up to 6.1, select lengths available on request.
