        Corner soakers and flat soakers to suit J61, J62, J63, J64 and J150 profiles. All

Finishes: CedarShield - Factory Applied Weatherboard Coating System

        JSC specifically developed the CedarShield system to responsibly manage and increase the 
        performance of Western Red Cedar against the harsh New Zealand environment.

        The CedarShield System offers factory applied coating within a controlled environment delivering a full 
        envelope seal to Weatherboards, Fascia, Panelling and Dressed profiles prior to delivery.

        CedarShield ensures a consistent application for improved appearance and increased finish life and 
        durability without unsightly lap marks or acclimatization lines.

        Coating options include both oil and water based coating systems with many new and innovative

Installation: Fixing Bevel Back Weatherboards

        Nail Weatherboards to every fixing point with one nail just clear of the lap.  Nails to be driven in with 
        an upward slope.  Butt end joints, mitre external corners and scribe internal corners.  Back flash 
        internal corners.  Fit soakers to end joints and external corners, nailed under lap.  Random stagger 
        end joints across adjacent boards.
