Founded in 1900, JSC Timber is a leading supplier of hardwood and exotic soft wood timber products with a proven track record of innovation, quality and service.

With a manufacturing base in West Auckland and sales and distribution centres in Hamilton and Christchurch, we are well placed to provide a high level of service to customers throughout New Zealand.

Our modern machinery and skilled staff allow us to provide sophisticated cladding systems, predominantly in Western Red Cedar.  We also manufacture a variety of hardwood flooring and decking products, and a wide range of custom made profiles.

We obtain our timber supplies from reputable companies who have established clear protocols with respect to environmental renewal and conformance with legal and social forestry requirements.

In particular, our supplies of Western Red Cedar are sourced from companies who have taken leadership in the establishment of forest stewardship and reforestation practices which are internationally respected.

We offer a wide range of exotic and indigenous species from Canada, U.S.A, South America, Europe, Africa, South East Asia, Australia and the Pacific Islands.
